Now, the only thing which can be sent are letters.  No packages whatsoever.  Here is what Charles Kaye told me:  
Very limited mail service is available and nothing larger than a regular size letter. Anything else would get sent to the mail black hole in Managua and repeat problems could jeopardize service altogether.
