FLIGHTS: I copied and pasted this from your handbook on page 16 & 17.

YOU MUST PURCHASE:

• To Atlanta International Airport – September 8, 2008 to arrive between 11AM-3PM
• To Your Home- December 19th to fly out in the morning
• Back to Managua, Nicaragua- Jan. 6th, 2009  in the afternoon
• From Atlanta to your home- May 15th, 2009 to fly out between 8AM to 12AM

AIM WILL PURCHASE OUT OF YOUR SUPPORT ACCOUNT:

• Flying out of Atlanta to your locations on September 15, 2008
• From your FYM location to Atlanta on May 14, 2009
• We will let you know the itinerary as soon as we secure the tickets.

Date of arrival: September 8, 2008

• On your arrival date you are to arrive on or between 11 AM to 3 PM.
•  An AIM staff person will meet you in the Atrium in the Atlanta airport.
• AIM provides the transportation from the Atlanta Airport to Gainesville.
If you are driving to Atlanta airport, you are to meet at the atrium between 11 AM to 3 PM.
If you are driving to Gainesville, you are to arrive between 4 PM – 5 PM. NOT BEFORE!

If any of your friends or family are driving to Gainesville:

• They cannot stay at Training Camp. If they need to spend the night they will need to make their own hotel arrangements.
•  We have so many things that we pack into the time of Training Camp, the minute you arrive your schedule is full. There is not free time during your stay in Gainesville.

Date of departure: May 15, 2008

• On your departure date you will need to make travel arrangements to fly out between 8AM to 12 Noon.
Everyone will return to Atlanta a day before flying home. There will be hotel rooms reserved for everyone in Atlanta where the teams will come back for one final debrief.
• AIM staff will then escort you to the airport in the morning where you will either fly or meet your ride between 8 AM to 12 noon.
• We do not provide any transportation back to Gainesville.

If any of your friends or family are driving to Atlanta the night before:

• You are not free to be with them until the leaders take you to the airport.
• We have so many things that we pack into the debrief and it is your last opportunity to be together as a team.
• There is not free time during your stay in Atlanta.

SCHEDULE:

• Sept. 8-Sept. 15 Training Camp in Gainesville, GA
• Sept. 15-Dec. 19 Awakening at your location
• Dec. 19-Jan. 6 Christmas Break
• Jan. 6-May 13 Outreach teams at your location
• May 14 Arrive in Atlanta for Debrief
• May 15 Fly out of Atlanta to your home

We suggest that you use our travel agent, Donna Booth, at MTS Travel, to secure your flights. She will be able to work with you in getting you the correct domestic flight as she will be handling all our international flights.
